Mr. Letts is a Solutions Lead in Life Science Master Data Management (MDM). Eric is responsible for overseeing the vision and strategy of HighPoint’s MDM solution offering. Over the years, HighPoint has prided itself as employing industry leading subject matter experts in Life Sciences MDM. Eric will expand that legacy by continuing to evolve the company’s suite of Master Data products and services across various business areas. He has more than 20 years experience delivering innovative technology solutions for Life Science companies, with subject matter expertise in MDM.

Eric has authored a product review “Siperian MDM Hub” for Information Management Magazine, and has spoken on “Venturing Beyond CRM” at the Siperian Masters Conference.

Eric’s impressive academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stem School of Business, graduating Cum Laude. He also has a B.S. from Susquehanna University, graduating Cum Laude with majors in Computer Science and Information Systems and Minors in Business Administration and Mathematics. He was a member of Kappa Mu Epsilon (National Mathematics Honor Society) and was a Dean’s List student.
