Ms. Ruebelmann is Vice President of Healthcare Solutions for HighPoint Solutions. Pamela has been with HighPoint for seven years and been in the business of technology and healthcare consulting for more than 20 years. Her technology experience in the healthcare market runs wide and deep. At HighPoint she is the Healthcare Solutions Practice Leader providing senior leadership in the development and implementation of healthcare solutions including: healthcare management, claim cycle management and revenue cycle management. She is both knowledgeable and experienced in ICD-10 assessments. Pamela’s subject matter expertise lies in the commercial payer and provider markets.

She is a member of the Managed Care Executive board where she learns first-hand the issues and challenges facing healthcare executives.

Pamela’s academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Kansas and a BA in Computer Information Systems, graduating cum laude from Ottawa University. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
